Beach Me Low Country Cuisine |
The Hollingsworth family and the agents of Century 21 Beachside Real Estate have always valued their relationships with their clients as well as going above and beyond in finding the perfect rental property during their real estate ventures. Eventually, it became obvious to the Beachside team that we needed to open a company to cater to our clients’ needs, not only for real estate but for vacation rentals.
Beachside Vacations opened its doors in April 2006 and has been warmly received by clients, guests, and residents alike. This allows our owners to have a reputable management company with whom to list or rent their properties.
The Beachside Vacations team consists of service professionals who share one common goal-to treat their guests and owners as VIP’s. We are here to help make this a vacation to remember! Please feel free to contact our office for further information about our services. 888-7BCHVIP (722-4847) or log onto our website: www.beachsidevacations.com.
Sincerely,
The Beachside Vacations Family

Boone Hall Plantation & Gardens |
The sun glistens through Spanish Moss which drapes a ¾ mile
corridor of 265 year old oak trees…a visual wonder
that truly takes your breath away and confirms that God is
alive and well at work. The Avenue of Oaks is one of nature’s
greatest spectacles…and THIS is Boone Hall Plantation.
Boone Hall Plantation & Gardens is truly “Unlike Any Other.”
At the top of the list of what makes Boone Hall unique is
the famous Avenue Of Oaks. It will absolutely take your breath
away.
It is one of the main reasons that Boone Hall is “America’s
Most Photographed Plantation” and why NBC Daytime says “Boone
Hall is a must see on any trip to Charleston, S.C.”

Quote of The Month |
“The city personifies Southern hospitality, and
the region oozes history, with a formidable array of preserved
plantations, museums and historic sites, including Fort
Sumter and the large Patriots Point Naval & Maritime
Museum…Downtown is why people fall in love. And
little wonder. Aside from the splendid old homes and endless
shops, there are the many fine eateries specializing in
regional “low country” cuisine, arguably the
most unique indigenous style in the USA with offerings
such as frogmore stew and shrimp and grits.”
Larry Olmsted, USA Today, September 12, 2008 |
Featured Restaurant - High Cotton |
High Cotton
199 East Bay Street Charleston
843-724-3815
Reservations recommended.
Maybe it’s the high ceilings or the thick brick walls,
or the ancient heart pine floors that make High Cotton so
inviting. Or, maybe it’s the rattan ceiling fans,
rotating slowly overhead. Whatever your favorite feature,
High Cotton is first class, high spirited, livin’ large. Mahogany
woodwork, old brick walls, hear of pine floors and high ceilings
evoke feelings of warmth and Southern hospitality. The
food is straight forward, hearty, and robust featuring steaks,
game and fresh seafood.
Live music at the bar nightly.
