The back screen porch is the feature most enjoyed by visitors to Grand Pavilion 74. Nestled under ancient oaks, the back screen porch is where you will find tranquility. Either resting in the hammock, or enjoying a board game at the table, the back porch will provide your family an experience unique to the Isle of Palms. If the children are interesting in a game of football or kicking the soccer ball, the need to only travel a few feet from the back porch where they will find the Seaside Park. The large manicured lawn located at the Seaside Park is perfect for playing a game or enjoying a picnic lunch.
When the day is over, your family will be able to enjoy the comfort of the four bedrooms featured at Grand Pavilion 74. Each bedroom features a flat screen television and plenty of room to unpack your gear for the week. The lower level of the home features three bedrooms. The lower level master bedroom has a queen bed and private bath. The remaining bedrooms downstairs share a bathroom and each features two twin beds. The upper level bedroom features a king bed as well as a sitting area and a private bathroom. Larger than many one bedroom condominiums, the upper level bedroom square footage makes Grand Pavilion 74 unique when compared to any other properties within the Resort.
Beach access is convenient from Grand Pavilion 74. Located just beyond the start of the driveway, the beach access path is a paved sidewalk that brings your family under an assortment of great oak trees and palmettos as it leads them to the wild dunes protecting the Island from the Atlantic. If the children would like sometime in a swimming pool, Grand Pavilion 74 offers your family complimentary access to the two oceanfront swimming pools located on the Grand Pavilion Boardwalk. A beach café, bar, ice cream shop and surf shop are all located adjacent to the swimming pools on the Boardwalk. In addition to the wonderful amenities on the Boardwalk, Grand Pavilion 74 features a Sportscard, which will allow your family access to the Wild Dunes Fitness Center, Tennis Center and Swim Center for a daily fee. Three restaurants, the Harbor Golf Course, Fitness Center, Wild Dunes Tennis Center, and the Sand and Sea Spa are all located within a short walk of Grand Pavilion 74.
