Outside of our villa, you can enjoy the best that South Carolina has to offer regarding Island living.  You may choose to play the world famous Wild Dunes Links Golf Course that finishes along the Atlantic or the well known Harbor Golf Course that was constructed on an old World War II airfield that runs parallel to the Intracoastal water way.  Dining is offered at five different restaurants (based on season) within a five minute walk from our home.  Spa services are available at the Village Plaza where entertainment is provided nightly during the summers.  Lagoon Villa offers a swimming pool exclusively for use by the guest of the Lagoon Villa community.  Just behind our home you may relax on the fishing deck while you bait your hook for a chance at catching the big one.  Tennis and cardiovascular equipment can by access at the Isle of Palms Recreational Center located just a mile away from the Resort.  A children’s playground is within a short stroll of the Lagoon Villa community.  Most importantly, the beach can be easily accessed from our home by crossing Palmetto Drive and proceeding down a shaded path down to the waters edge where you will find a wide beach that often forms small tidal pools at low tide.  Children flock to these small pools where sea creatures can be seen or you can simply relax while building the largest sandcastle ever.

One of the unique features of this condominium is that it is located just a few steps up from a gorgeous lawn that leads you past the swimming pool and down to the ocean. Family’s love this feature that allows their children to easily run from the spacious screen porch down to shore. Mom’s and Dad’s can relax on this porch while enjoying a refreshing drink while watching the children swim in the pool that is exclusively for the use of the residents and guest of Tidewater. To the other side of the foyer you will first find a bedroom with a full bathroom featuring two twin beds.
