Featuring two living areas, there is ample room for the adults and children to have their own space each evening as they reflect on an incredible day at the beach or watch one of the latest movies on one of two large smart televisions. The kitchen is outstanding and for many families will be the center of all activity outside of the beach. It is all new with modern stainless-steel appliances and a large dining room table that seats eight.
The bedding is comfortable and plush California king bed in the master bedroom located on the top floor of the home. The master bath has been completely renovated with a walk-in shower plus a large soaking tub. A bonus feature of the master bedroom is the attached lake view office. Located on the lower level, 17 Oyster Row has two guest bedrooms that each feature a queen bed. A full bathroom connects these two bedrooms. A sunroom on the lower-level doubles as a wonderful kids' bedroom with a twin day bed plus a twin trundle bed.
