Located on a quiet cul de sac just blocks from the beach and featuring 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths, one half bath, 17 Oyster Row has beautiful views of the natural lake framed by the Harbor Course. Enjoy beautiful sunsets on the lagoon and watch the egrets fly in across the water each evening where they nest in the palmettos of a small island. To enjoy this wonderful view, the home features a large deck with comfortable furniture as well as a gas grill.

The interior of 17 Oyster Row is just as special as the view! Featuring two living areas, there is ample room for the adults and children to have their own space each evening as they reflect on an incredible day at the beach or watch one of the latest movies on one of two large smart televisions. Professionally decorated, your family is going to have a hard time leaving the comforts of 17 Oyster Row to go to the beach or Historic Charleston.

The kitchen is outstanding and for many families will be the center of all activity outside of the beach. It is all new with modern stainless-steel appliances and a large dining room table that seats eight.

The bedding is comfortable and plush California king bed in the master bedroom located on the top floor of the home. The master bath has been completely renovated with a walk-in shower plus a large soaking tub. A bonus feature of the master bedroom is the attached lake view office. The office adds another sleeping option with a futon.

Located on the lower level, 17 Oyster Row has two guest bedrooms that each feature a queen bed. A full bathroom connects these two bedrooms. A sunroom on the lower-level doubles as a wonderful kids' bedroom with a twin day bed plus a twin trundle bed.

Using your $250 beach gear credit for bicycles is the best way to get back and forth to the beach from 17 Oyster Row, but it is an easy walk if you prefer, especially if using your beach gear credit for a beach cart. Golf cart rentals are available as well.

The Sweetgrass Plaza is a short walk from 17 Oyster Row. In the Plaza, your family will discover the relaxing Sand and Sea Day Spa, great dining options at Hudson's and shopping. Within a ten-minute walk, you will discover not only the ocean, but four other dining options plus Duney's Ice Cream Shop.

This plan is not available for reservations 30 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.
