When you are ready for an outstanding Charleston beach vacation, 29 Ocean Point is ready to welcome you! Located in the exclusive private community of Ocean Point, in Wild Dunes on the Isle of Palms, 29 Ocean Point is an updated four-bedroom home that features three and half baths making it the ideal vacation destination for two families or three couples.

As a second-row home, 29 Ocean Point has the luxury of offering limited ocean views from the top level of two open balconies. Each balcony features comfortable seating, and captures a near constant sea breeze often bringing with it the sound of rolling waves. The home has a large manicured side yard, and is a short distance from the beach access bath. Best yet, 29 Ocean Point is one of the closet homes to Ocean Point swimming complex that features a hot tub.

The interior of 29 Ocean Point is imaginative in that it offers two living areas, one on each level. The lower family room has a large screen television, fine furnishings and a coffee bar. The main living area is located on the upper level and features an open floor plan with a well-appointed kitchen and dining area. The furnishings are inviting, and offer the perfect setting to reflect on another great day at the beach.

The master bedroom of 29 Ocean Point is located on the upper level. It features a king bed, private bath and direct access to a sunroom, which than leads out to an open deck. Three bedrooms are on the first level. The first bedroom is a junior master bedroom with a king bed and private bath. A queen bedroom shares a jack and jill bathroom with the kids' room that has two twin beds and a twin trundle.

Finally, the Ocean Point Community is a unique gated community within the gates of Wild Dunes ensuring a private and quiet neighborhood. Without any public access within at least a quarter mile, the beach in front of Ocean Point is nearly exclusive to residents and guests of the community. In addition to the near private beach, Ocean Point features a fantastic swimming pool complex with a hot tub. The famous, Links Golf Course, surrounds Ocean Point with the signature golf holes #17 and #18 adjacent to the community. The Proshop, driving range and Huey's Restaurant are a short walk from 29 Ocean Point.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit to be charged after booking.
