With stunning views of the Atlantic, 18th green of the Wild Dunes Links Course, and Dewees Inlet, this four-bedroom oceanfront home is simply positioned in one of the best locations in Charleston. Better yet, this amazing home just underwent a major renovation!

45 Ocean Point has a terrific floor plan with the living room, dining room, and kitchen all having oceanfront views. One of the three bedrooms featuring a king bed is located on the first level of the home. A screen porch with comfortable and attractive furniture is the highlight of the first level. A new open deck has been added to make the outdoor living even better. The second level features three bedrooms including two guest bedrooms, one with a king bed and the second with two twins. The master bedroom is incredible with vaulted ceilings, a near wall of windows overlooking the ocean, renovated master bathroom, a huge oceanfront deck, and a king bed.

Finally, the Ocean Point Community is a unique gated community within the gates of Wild Dunes ensuring a private and quiet neighborhood. Without any public access within at least a quarter mile, the beach in front of Ocean Point is nearly exclusive to residents and guests of the community. In addition to the nearly private beach, Ocean Point features a fantastic swimming pool complex with a hot tub.

Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.
