The villa has been renovated and features three bedrooms with three full baths. "6 Fairway Dunes" is ideally located just across Palmetto Drive from the beach and with views of the Wild Dunes Links Golf Course. #6 Fairway Dunes has access to the Fairway Dunes neighborhood pool and tennis courts. These are wonderful amenities not offered in most of the communities in Wild Dunes.

Updates to "6 Fairway Dunes" at #6 Fairway Dunes include:

• Hardwood floors throughout property (except stairs for safety)
• Updated interior paint
• Wainscoting installation in living room, hall and staircase
• Installation of a flat ceiling (popcorn ceiling removed)

Your family will find the interior of "6 Fairway Dunes" delightful! The living area, dining area, and kitchen are located on the first level. Highlighted by hardwood floors, the lower level is spacious and comfortable with many updated furnishings. The kitchen has been upgraded and features granite countertops. Just off the living area is a wonderful open deck plus a screen porch, both overlooking the Wild Dunes Links Golf Course, Green #11.

The first bedroom features a private bath, two twin beds, a flat-screen television, and an open deck looking towards Palmetto Boulevard. The second master bedroom on the top level features a private bath, a flat-screen television, and a queen bed. Finally, the master bedroom is highlighted with a king bed, an open deck overlooking the golf course, a flat-screen television, and a large private bath. All of the bathrooms at "6 Fairway Dunes" have been upgraded with sleek granite countertops. Additional bedding can be found in the living area with a pull-out sleeper sofa.

Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.
