The Holiday House at 63 Grand Pavilion, is a newly updated, oceanfront, six-bedroom house located in the Grand Pavilion community, which is in the heart of Wild Dunes Resort. Your family will be able to overlook the beautiful beach and Atlantic Ocean from large decks located on all 3 floors of this amazing home. 
Over the past several months, the Holiday House at 63 Grand Pavilion has been undergoing many improvements. Directed by a well-known local interior decorator, each bedroom has been redecorated with new furniture, bed covers and mattresses. The home now features 4 king beds with a great kid’s room featuring two bunk beds (double/twin and twin/twin). An additional bedroom has just been added and will include a queen sized sleeper sofa, which will allow the Holiday House to sleep 15 guests. The top floor, which features the master bedroom and a large sitting room, has been freshly painted and now features all new carpeting. The top floor, which now includes the completely remodeled sixth bedroom (with queen sleeper sofa), an additional bathroom and a new master bathroom. Additional recent improvements include all new kitchen supplies, such as new plates, small appliances and cookware.  
The first level features an oceanfront master bedroom that is highlighted with a large deck, king bed and private bath. There are two additional bedrooms on this floor.  One features a king bed and the other is the kid’s bedroom (bunk beds). Each bedroom has a private bath. 
The middle floor features the oceanfront living room, a large oceanfront deck, dining room with newly refinished dining room table, newly renovated kitchen, laundry room, half bath, and one king guest room with private bath. The living room has breathtaking views of the Atlantic and features comfortable furniture as well as a flat screen television. The dining room has seating for 10 with 2 additional seats at the bar. The kitchen is slightly elevated so the chef will have views of the ocean while at work preparing family meals. Appliances are stainless steel and the kitchen is well stocked.  
Finally, the second master bedroom is located on the top floor and features a magnificent oceanfront view. The bedroom is spacious with a king bed, large oceanfront deck and spacious master bathroom that is highlighted with a garden tub and separate tile shower.
The Holiday House at 63 Grand Pavilion is located less than a hundred yards from the Grand Pavilion Boardwalk.  The Boardwalk features two oceanfront pools, which can be used without restrictions by guests of the Holiday House.  An oceanfront bar, grill, beach shop and ice cream parlor are additional features of the Boardwalk.   Live entertainment can be often found during the summer season in the evening on the Boardwalk, which is a perfect way to end a day on the beach.  Within a short walk of 63 Grand Pavilion, your family can enjoy four additional restaurants, the Village Plaza, Sand and Sea Spa, fitness room, Tennis Center, Swim Center, conference center, playground and basketball court.  With so much to do, within a short walk of the Holiday House, you can leave the car in the garage the entire week.

This is our 4th year staying at 63 Grand Pavilion. We have loved it every time. The owners have done some renovations and decorating that are new this year and it all looks fabulous! It is a very spacious house with lots of room to spread out. The porches have an amazing view and it's so nice to sit out there. We will keep coming back every year!

We have stayed at this property twice now and couldn't be happier! Lots of space for family board games, puzzles, dinners, and ocean watching. Love that it is right on the beach - made it easy to go back and forth all day from house to beach chairs. The kitchen had all the equipment we needed for cooking and baking but it was also nice to get takeout a few nights from nearby restaurants. Beautiful setting outside, very nicely decorated inside!

This was a dream location and home layout. Everyone had their own space at night and there was plenty of room for gathering on the main floor and porch. The view was unparralled and we loved how close the property was to The Market to pick up things we needed. The bike trails were fun and the beach was not too crowded. We loved our stay and hope to book again next summer.

We have stayed at Wild Dunes for 8 years for our vacation week in June. Out of several properties we have rented, 63 Grand Pavilion is our favorite and we have now rented it for 4 years. It's very spacious, comfortable, and the views from the porches are beautiful. We love it!

We truly enjoyed our visit to Wild Dunes. This was our second time to stay at 63 Grand Pavilion. The house is beautiful but is getting some age on it. The master bathroom is in need of updating and repairs. Furniture could use some attention. Overall, we love the house. It accommodates our family very well.

I stayed here with a group of friends for the Cooper River Bridge Run this year and was quite pleased with the house. There were 9 people and found the house to be very spacious. It is right on the beach although the beach access directly in front of the house is currently out of commission but could easily get to the beach by walking a few yards to the right. The deck on on the main floor was very nice as well with amazing views. We cooked there one night and had all of the cooking supplies you would expect but I will say that the knives were incredibly dull. I don't expect amazing knives or that they would buy new ones, I'll just bring my own next time.

The house was beautiful! Great open living space, tastefully decorated and a well equipped kitchen. We really enjoyed the large ocean front porch. It was a perfect house for our family of 11, including a baby who slept in the little nursery.

63 Grand Pavilion is a beautiful, well kept home with a fabulous view of the ocean. There were 11 women in our group who were enjoying our 17th annual reunion as friends from first grade, and the house met our needs perfectly. We particularly enjoyed having a table where we could all sit together for our evening meal, along with having a bathroom with each bedroom and good beds. An added benefit was being able to look down on three separate weddings held on the beach right in front of our balcony over the weekend. Beautiful brides, perfect setting, and great music. We would love to return for a second visit.

The house and property was fantastic. It was just as it appears in photos on the website. We had a girl's week planned for visiting historical spots in Charleston and surrounding areas. We comfortably stayed at the house and traveled to our locations. The house was clean, well stocked; and the beds were very comfortable.I would not hesitate to stay with Beachside Vacations again in the future. My friends and I had a wonderful get together.

I thought the property was wonderful and just as I envisioned it and as it was described. This was our first time coming to the Isle of Palms, and we have all agreed to come back again next year. It was one of our best vacations ever, although I think we will need more bedrooms next year. I plan on using Beachside Vacations to help me locate a property. I also loved using the "Groceries to go Service"....a definite perk. Also, I have never had such a smooth checkout on departure day....not having to cleaning out the refrigerator, food in cabinets, wash sheets, was a definite bonus.....a real perk. Housekeeping was wonderful. I have been going on vacation with my family for over 30 years, and have been to Myrtle Beach, Hilton Head, Kiawah, etc., etc., and this was by far the cleanest place I have stayed in. I was quite impressed with the "inspection" of the housekeeping before we were allowed in. I really can't say enough about how wonderful our entire experience was with the Isle of Palms and in particular with your management group.Thanks!
