This beautiful three-bedroom villa in the heart of Wild Dunes is quite unique and perfect for your family. 26 Fairway Dunes features an inverted floor plan where the kitchen, living and dining area are all located on the upper floor! Much of the upper floor features outstanding views of the Links Golf Course especially from the spacious screen porch. Hours of entertainment can be found watching determined golfers approach the 11th Green. In the evening, once the golfers have headed home, it is not unusual to find majestic egrets and deer visiting the 11th Fairway. It truly is a place of tranquil beauty.

The interior of 26 Fairway Dunes is wonderful following many recent enhancements. The property owners have taken great care and focus on small details to make their home very nice but keeping comfort in mind. The first level features the master bedroom that has a king bed and spacious private bath. A guest bedroom is also located on the first level with two twin beds plus a trundle under of the twins for extra bedding. The guest bedroom has a private bath. The middle level has a guest bedroom with a queen bed, open deck and private bath. The spacious third level features the kitchen, living and dining area. Additional bedding is offered in the living area with a single pull out bed. Cooking is a breeze in the well-equipped kitchen.

A private tennis court and swimming pool for the Fairway Dunes Community are located steps from the front door of 26 Fairway Dunes. On open deck off the queen guest bedroom overlooks the pool and tennis amenities.

When your family is ready to build memories at the beach, it is an easy walk (325 yards) with a beach access path at the beginning of the Fairway Dunes Community leading you to the best and widest stretch of beach in Wild Dunes.

Finally, 26 Fairway Dunes is located in the heart of the Wild Dunes Community. Featuring 1,600 acres, this gated community offers two famous golf courses, miles of bike and walking trails, day spa, 2 ½ miles of beach as well as many different dining options (seasonal).
