"One Summer Dream" is an amazing oceanfront property that features spacious living, luxury and convenience. The property boasts 6,100 square feet of interior living space, seven (7) bedrooms (two master suites), seven (7) full bathrooms, two half bathrooms, an outdoor living area and a private, oceanfront swimming pool.

Its architect designed "One Summer Dream" to capture the natural beauty of the beach and dunes throughout the home. The outdoor living room and kitchen area's 5,000 square feet of covered exterior space exemplify this goal, featuring a sink, flat scree television, and gorgeous outdoor living furniture. Your family may want to spend the entire vacation here.

A large, open veranda porch on the first and second floors of "One Summer Dream" delivers amazing beach views, as does the open sun deck on the third floor. All of these spaces feature the finest in outdoor furniture. As the warm sun attracts your family to the water, you'll have a tough time choosing among the ocean, hot tub and the first-floor-level, custom, Gunite swimming pool. The pool features built-in, underwater bar stools and a tanning deck. You can even place your beach chair inside the pool. And of course, your family's beach access is a short stroll down the back lawn, on your own, private boardwalk.

"One Summer Dream's" designers aimed for the home to reflect the Island's natural wonders. And they succeeded. The entry veranda leads your family through a large foyer opening to a wall of windows overlooking the ocean from the great-room, dining room and kitchen. Flooring throughout this area is 5 inch, wood-stained, white-oak planks. The adjacent kitchen and dining area are perfect for preparing a gourmet meal. The kitchen features a large island area and all GE Profile appliances, including a gas cooktop, double oven and a separate side-by-side freezer and refrigerator. For convenience there's a second refrigerator in the pantry with a standalone ice maker. One fun kitchen feature is the coffee bar, where everyone can make his own perfect cup of joe to watch the sunrise from the veranda.

The dining room offers ocean views and seating for your entire family. The latest electronics await you in the living room to assure your family's entertainment.

Bedrooms are generously-sized. Three bedrooms occupy the first level, including one master suite that opens to the veranda (and pool). The second level features four bedrooms, including the second master suite with oceanfront views and a walk-out to the mid-veranda. Another second-floor bedroom also opens to the mid-veranda. Every one of the six primary bedrooms features a full private bath and king bed. The seventh bedroom/office, located on the second level, also is a media room and library, and features a bunk bed with a twin (top) and double (bottom) mattress.

For family fun "One Summer Dream" features a third-level game room, nicely appointed with its own pool table, web bar, ice maker, refrigerator, two televisions, half-bath and sleeper sofa. Finally, swimsuits, towels and cloths wash and dry painlessly with full laundry rooms on both the first and second levels.

If you are less concerned about what you spend and more about how you spend your time, this is the house for you. It is one of the top homes on the island and the pictures on the website actually don't do the home justice. The sitting area outside is amazing. The rooms are all large and beds very comfortable. Location on the island is also great. Less than a mile from the Harris Teeter and town center. Strongly recommend.

3100 Palm Boulevard was the perfect place for our families to meet and spend a week together celebrating after our wedding at The Citadel Beach Club. The layout & decor lent itself perfectly to our style and needs. It felt homey and offered ample space and privacy for guests. The generous kitchen, pool and outdoor living spaces provided the perfect backdrops for fun, laughter and making memories. The views are unparalleled and it is a stay none of us will forget. The house was one of the best we have stayed in. Proximity to the connector, the shops, and the beach were great.We loved the heated pool and the hot tub. The bedrooms were large as were most of the bathrooms. The views, especially from the top deck, were amazing.

This was a wonderful house! The kitchen was the best equipped we have had in a rental property. The beds were very comfortable (almost too comfortable!) and the house was meticulously maintained. We loved the large back yard for our family croquet games and the ample outdoor spaces gave everyone a chance to find a spot to enjoy the view.

My family and I had a wonderful stay. We loved the layout of the house and the kitchen is fantastic. I loved the downstairs master suite and bathroom actually all the bedrooms and bathrooms are great including game room. The porch area and outside amenities just added to making our stay extra special. It gave us all we wanted in a house to enjoy!

This house was absolutely beautiful and perfect for our needs. Seven siblings and spouses (all aged over 60) were looking for a chance to visit while not at a wedding, baptism, or other social gathering where you get to chat for only a few minutes if you are lucky. This house exceeded all of our needs for visiting, while also being surrounded in luxury. There were large spaces where were could all gather, yet there were plenty of spaces where someone could have quiet time too. The covered outdoor balcony, with the wonderful ocean breezes and view, was our most popular hangout spot when not on the beach or playing tourist. This was our first gathering where we just vacationed as a group and some of us thought it would be a one time event, but on our last night it was a unanimous decision to gather again, next year, at this house!

The house was outstanding. It was everything and more that we hoped it would be. We were a group of 70 year olds who were celebrating 30 years of getting together. The beachfront location with pool, hot tub, and elevator checked off all our boxes. The outdoor living area overlooking the beach was awesome. We think more screens for the sliding doors and the windows would encourage more fresh air and less air conditioning. We also thought a railing on the pool steps would make it safer especially for our age group. The lighting over the pool table needs to be brighter as well as the lighting in the bunk room.

Sophisticated elegance with spacious well appointed ensuite bedrooms and expansive outdoor decking for entertaining and just relaxing. Pristine condition throughout the three stories, designer kitchen well stocked with all cooking and serving needs. There was even a huge pull out drawer completely stocked with spices. If you are a foodie and like to cook or entertain , this is the kitchen for you! We never wanted to leave the property. The architectural design and craftsmanship was stunning. The master suites, one on first floor of living space and one on next level with fireplaces and the main room with a fireplace was an extra touch of ambience adding to an overall week of pampered luxury. The massive remote control fireplace and big screen smart TV out on the main level deck was where we spent a lot of time.More than ample parking and the elevator was quite the perk. The landscaping, grounds, beach boardwalk, and ground level pool were impeccably clean and well maintained. We would definitely refer our friends and look forward to staying at 3100 Palm Blvd again, it is truly One Summer Dream.

The home was so beautiful! It was warm and inviting and roomy! The location was perfect and being right on the beach was super! We had an issue with the air conditioning unit and it was fixed the same day. The only thing I would suggest is BEACH TOWELS we flew in from California and AZ and FLA and it would have been helpful to have had beach towels at the house

Awesome! Well-thought out floor plan and exterior living areas, top quality through out, including ALL the 7 bedrooms and baths! (almost sound-proof, too) high solid doors, wood trim, rich-looking flooring through out, wired for sound with ipad in the wall, and so much more. Plenty of room for everyone to have their own space but at the same time enjoy games in the yard, the fire pit, ping pong, shooting pool, playing cards, swimming, relaxing in the hot tub, or just enjoy sitting around the indoor or outdoor fireplace, or stroll down to the beach, of course! The kitchen and pantry area was fabulous and included everything you can think of. Perfect beachy, rich, southern comfort decor through out. We had the best family vacation ever, even though we had a rocky start the first day with effects of wind and rain from Hurricane Irma, but even that was cool to watch through all the windows! Nice sized grocery store, liquor store and seafood store just a few blocks away making everything super convenient. Highly recommend this house to everyone!

We had a wonderful vacation!! The house is huge and gorgeous! The game room on the 3rd floor was a huge hit for our teenagers.The adults loved sitting in the hot tub and relaxing. The porch and back deck swings were very relaxing too!

Well this is one of those reviews you love/hate to write as this house is amazing in every sense of the word. It has everything you could possibly want in a rental home and by writing this review we know it is going to make it even harder to book as everyone will want to stay here now. From the moment you arrive you will be in awe of what this house has to offer. The kitchen is one of the best we have ever seen. They have so much there for you, we never needed one thing to be able to prepare our meals. The outdoor kitchen on the back covered porch was great as that is where we cooked a lot of our meals and the two big tables we plenty big enough for us all to eat together outside. The seating area and outdoor TV made it to where this is where we spent a lot of our time. 7 bedrooms were all great. Every single bedroom has what would be a master bath in each and everyone commented on how comfortable all the beds were. It truly is a 1 of a kind home and we were very lucky to have found this home. Chad and the entire team at Beachside could not have been any nicer or more helpful. The bottom floor behind the garage is also a treasure. You walk out and you have a really nice pool with swim up bar stools in the water for you. While we were there we had 2 and half days of rain which is very unusual for this area but that bottom area by the pool also had a covered Jacuzzi and ping pong table which we used a lot especially during those rainy days.
