Due East of the home is the Grand Pavilion croquet lawn and the beach. The croquet lawn is the perfect place to pick up a game of football, have a picnic, or play croquet. Ancient oak trees surround the house providing cool shade to the backyard and screen porch. A king bed is featured in the master bedroom on the main floor. Upstairs, you will be delighted to discover that the hardwood flooring continued throughout three spacious bedrooms. Three additional bathrooms are located upstairs. The first bedroom on the upper floor has two twin beds and the second a full bed and the final a king.
