When it is time to descend and hit the water, 504 Summerhouse offers two great choices. First, you will arrive at the Summer House Community private pool. Offering plenty of comfortable seating and oceanfront views, the private Summer House pool is a perfect first stop for your family. When it is time to hit the sand, you will find that the Summer House Beach is one of the widest in Charleston with plenty of room for your family to set up camp with your beach chairs, tents, bocci games, and cornhole.

When you are ready for lunch or dinner, you will find that 504 Summerhouse has a wonderful kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, custom cabinetry, and hard surfaces. The kids might want to eat their sandwiches at the kitchen bar or the entire family can gather around the dining room table that seats six. The living room offers wide plank hardwood floors, a sisal rug, and bright colors. When night falls and the Sullivan's Island Lighthouse is hard at work, you will find comfort and safety in one of the two bedrooms. The master bedroom features a king bed, hardwood floors, oceanfront views, and a private bath. The guest bedroom is bright with a new king bed, TV, and private bathroom.

Best yet, Wild Dunes is only 30 minutes from Historic Charleston, 20 minutes from fresh seafood at the many restaurants on Shem Creek where the Charleston fish and shrimp fleet ports, and 15 minutes away from shopping in Mt. Pleasant!

The elevator in this building is undergoing maintenance and will be out of order until the middle of July. There will be luggage assistance for Saturday arrivals and departures only between 8-11 am and 2-6 pm.
