Seascape Renovation Project:
Starting September 5th, 2023 the Seascape Homeowners Association will begin a nine-month renovation project. The south sides (stacks 16-20) of the building will be closed starting Tuesday, September 5th, 2023 through July 1st, 2024. Please note, during this period, rental rates have been substantially reduced in this unit and others on the northeast side of Seascape because of the renovation project. The Seascape swimming pool will be closed during the construction. If you have any questions about the extent of the construction, please give our local office a call at 843-886-5586 before booking!

Seascape Villas is an outstanding facility in Wild Dunes. Seascape Villas has a very fine oceanfront swimming pool, easy parking, two elevators, and is only a one wood driver away from Links Golf Course Pro-shop.
