Miles away from the real world, you'll find 55 Pelican Bay, a renovated charming four-bedroom (2 full baths and 1 half bath) vacation home that will become your family's favorite island escape. Splash around the Pelican Bay pool, located just behind 55 Pelican Bay, listen to the sounds of crashing waves while catching the cooling summer breeze on the screen porch, or prepare a perfect Lowcountry boil in the upgraded kitchen, the choices are unlimited in this wonderful beach house. Better yet, the best beach in the community is located a block away from 55 Pelican Bay. After passing the pool, the beach is only a 60-second walk down the beach path, which boasts beautiful landscaping. The beach here is wide and forms a point where the island bends to the southwest and northeast. There is nothing finer than the sand and surf at this amazing location.

55 Pelican Bay, has many features of a large beach house, but with the character of a gorgeous beach cottage. You are first welcomed by the charm of the long wide porch, a reminder of many of the homes in Historic Charleston, which is only 15 miles away. Once inside, the soft colors of the beach splash the shiplap walls that are strikingly similar to the classic beach cottages built on Sullivan's Island in the 1800s. All of the furnishings are terrific and were carefully chosen to compliment the beauty of the island. Modern conveniences include a large flat screen smart HD TV for cable TV and streaming of services as well as a wonderful kitchen featuring granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and even a Keurig. Unique to 55 Pelican Bay, the home features a laundry room with direct access to the back deck. There is also a half bath just off the living area. Dining for six is featured in the dining area plus two bar stools. Additional dining is available on the screen porch with seating for six plus two extra seats at the bistro table. A gas grill on the back deck will ensure everyone an excellent meal each night.

After a day in the sunshine, your family will look forward to a comfortable night's sleep. Each bedroom features a new memory foam mattress. On the first level, you will find the spacious master bedroom with a king-size bed and a large flat-screen TV. Attached is the master bath, which provides both a walk-in shower and a large jetted tub. The first queen bedroom upstairs has plenty of windows, making the space bright and cozy. The second queen bedroom overlooks the pool and both bedrooms have a private HD TV. Also located upstairs is the twin bedroom. The upstairs bedrooms share a bathroom conveniently located between all three.
