Featuring four bedrooms and four full baths, this custom designed home in the Wild Dunes Grand Pavilion combines the best of southern charm with prime amenities. Located one house off the beach, 56 Grand Pavilion offers two oceanfront decks with breathtaking views of the Atlantic. With comfortable seating, your family will enjoy lazy evenings on the oceanfront decks after spending the day on the beach and around the pool.

The beach and two oceanfront pools on the Grand Pavilion Boardwalk are only steps away from 56 Grand Pavilion. In addition to the beach and pools, within five minutes your family will be able to walk to several restaurants (seasonal), ice cream shop (seasonal), shopping, day spa, golf course, and kid's playground. It is hard to find any other home in the community that combines custom construction, ocean views, and location to create an unforgettable vacation experience.

The interior of 56 Grand Pavilion is just as wonderful as the views! The first level open floor plan features gleaming hardwood floors, a gourmet kitchen and a bright living room. The kitchen is incredible with a Viking gas stove, Sub Zero stainless steel appliances, and beautiful cabinetry. This living area features French doors leading to the deck with ocean views, comfortable seating and a large flat screen television. The dining room table includes seating for eight.

Four stylishly appointed bedrooms can be found at 56 Grand Pavilion. The master bedroom is located on the second level, features a king bed, private deck with ocean views, and a large private bath complete with double sinks and walk-in shower. Two guest bedrooms feature a king bed and one has a queen bed. Each guest bedroom has a private bath with flat screen television. Living room also has a sleeper sofa for additional bedding, if needed.

Additional Amenities Include:

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.
