Seascape Renovation Project:
Starting September 5th, 2023 the Seascape Homeowners Association will begin a nine-month renovation project. The south sides (stacks 16-20) of the building will be closed starting Tuesday, September 5th, 2023 through June 28th, 2024. This unit is in the 12 stack and will be available for rental at a reduced rate during this time. Please note, during this period, rental rates have been substantially reduced in this unit and others on the northeast side of Seascape because of the renovation project. The Seascape swimming pool will be closed during the construction. If you have any questions about the extent of the construction, please call the local office at 843-886-5586 before booking!

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 30 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.
