Featuring six bedrooms and 5 ½ baths, 616 Carolina Boulevard is the ideal vacation destination for your family and friends on the Isle of Palms.

The private swimming pool and decks beckon you to enjoy the ocean views and breezes. A bonus feature of the pool deck is a large barn door opening into the garage equipped with a ping pong table and other great beach games. After taking in the ocean views from the rooftop deck, the outdoor living and dining area on the main floor deck is the ideal place to reflect upon the day's activities or simply enjoy the latest beach novel.

The huge kitchen is one of the best rooms inside of 616 Carolina Boulevard, with all Jenn Air appliances, gas stove, two ovens, and room to entertain your family while preparing a beach feast. There is seating for 12 in the dining area between the bar and the dining room table. The living area offers seating in comfort and style with a large flat screen television. The laundry room located just off the kitchen has a bonus amenity of a second refrigerator.

There are two bedrooms on the main floor. A junior master suite on the main floor, features a king bed and large private bath. The main floor guest bedroom is highlighted with a queen bed and private bath.

The second floor has four bedrooms. The master bedroom features a king bed, direct access to a large deck and is highlighted with a terrific private bath with a large soaking tub and a unique shower that is amazing. There are two guest bedrooms that share a hall bath. The first has two twin beds and the second a queen. The sixth and final bedroom features a king bed and private bath. A special amenity on the second floor is the media room. The media room features a large flat screen television, wonderful seating to capture the latest blockbuster or game, a wet bar and has direct access to a large deck overlooking the swimming pool.
