6 C Mariner's Walk recently came under new ownership and in preparation to become a vacation rental destination, updates were made that included the following:

• New flooring throughout the living and dining area.
• New large screen UHD TV's, one each in the family room & each bedroom.
• New king master bedroom suite with a new mattress.
• New family room sectional sofa with a queen sleeper.
• New screened in porch furniture.
• The addition of towel hooks in the screened in porch.
• New cookware, a Keurig machine, flatware, and cutlery to name a few of the kitchen items.
• New light fixtures.

In addition to the upgrades above, each bathroom in 6 C Mariner's Walk has been updated.

While the interior is excellent at 6 C Mariner's Walk, the large screen porch is where your family and friends will want to be throughout the vacation. Featuring new and comfortable outdoor furniture and towel hooks to dry your beach towels, it is the perfect spot to enjoy fresh summer watermelon as you smell the salt air on the breeze while watching the kids splash in the Mariner's Walk swimming pool only steps away. Also, the porch is large enough to set your beach gear to the side w/o interrupting the enjoyment of the porch and views it offers.

Parking Details:

There is one designated spot and then one first come first serve spot for the guests at this unit.
To gain access to Wild Dunes, the guest will need a car pass. Please reach out to us before your stay for complete instructions on how to get them.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.
